"International Lao Market"

This Asian Laos Store was here for a long time Ive been going here since i was like five, they sell fresh produce, lottery, frozen food, fish, etc... i think personally that this market business is making profit because of EBT card. i don't know what the full name is but i call it food stamp card, its free government money for people that is on welfare.
